Delivery
All UK orders placed before our collection cut off (MON-FRI 3:45pm, SAT & SUN 2:45pm) will be sent with DPD standard next day delivery, please note that the next day delivery is not guaranteed and delays may occur. All Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland orders are sent out with two day delivery. International delivery is approximately 1-2 weeks.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. Please check underneath each individual item to check if they are eligible for a return. If your item is eligible for a return please contact us at info@2btanned.co.uk. Please note the return/shipping cost is at the buyers expense. Once returned to our office the item will be inspected to ensure it has not been used or opened, following this a refund will be processed minus the delivery fee.
