Product Uses
HOW TO CHARGE:
Insert the USB-C cable (provided) into the port at the bottom of the device. Attach to a USB-C friendly power source. The light will be glow red when charging and glow blue when fully charged.
HOW TO USE:- Start with a clean, dry face. Gently remove any makeup to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Apply your preferred serum to your face and neck to help the device glide over your skin.
- Long press the On/Off button to turn on the device.
- Short press the On/Off button to select your desired LED light setting (Red, Blue or Pink).
- Gently glide the metallic Gua Sha along the contours of your face and neck.
- Once finished, long press the On/Off button to turn off the device.
Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry after every use.

Delivery to UK addresses usually take 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 12pm on the 21/12/23 will not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Thank you for understanding.
Returns
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) medicines items personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
