Product Uses
To use the Proto-col Collagen Cleansing Milk, simply apply 2-3 pumps over your face and neck both morning and night. After application, remove the cleanser with warm water and a face cloth, then gently pat your skin dry. For a more thorough cleanse, you can incorporate it into a double cleansing routine by following it with an additional cleanser like the Foaming Facial Wash.

Our aim is for you to receive your products as quickly as possible and we will do our best to deliver to them to you within 2-3 working days for standard delivery within mainland UK. Orders placed after 2:00pm time will be dispatched the following business day. Whilst we make every effort to guarantee that you receive your products within these time frames occasionally delays within the delivery network can occur (e.g. due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or inaccurate addresses, customs clearances, seasonal high demand, etc) that are outside of our control. Please note that "working days" excludes weekends and UK bank holidays, and our business days are Monday – Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (5:00pm on Fridays).
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
