About Spicers of Hythe
Established in 1926, we despatch over 1 million hampers per year to various customers/companies, whether direct warehouse or direct dropship to customers and corporate businesses. We offer a range of food and drink gifting, from alcohol and on-alcohol luxury hampers in wicker baskets and boxes, to Bottle n Bar (alcohol and chocolate) to Penny Post which can post straight through a letterbox. We also carry out contract packing in our 140,000ft2 Class A bonded warehouse which has a £1.5m open loop water source heat pump generating renewable energy.

Delivery Information
We offer standard delivery for UK Mainland customers using a tracked, next day delivery service. Orders placed up until 1pm on Thursday 21st December 2023 will be delivered for Christmas.
Returns Information
REFUNDS / RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
All orders can be cancelled up to the day of despatch, when a full refund will be credited.
The customer has the right to cancel an order, for whatever reason, up to seven days after receipt of goods, as long as:
We are notified in writing or email, within 7 working days of delivery
The hamper does not contain any perishable items i.e. fish, cheese, ham
The hamper remains unused and no components are opened
The recipient takes all reasonable care of the hamper and ensures it is securely packaged up. They must then send it back to us using a suitable courier of their choice, at their own cost. The return address is:
