Terrible customer service .ordered a load of stuff half missing and wrong items sent,can't call bo one so had to do messages only to be told they can't help as it was marketplace from superdrugs makes no sense i ordered it from there website

frosted highlighter was lovely but the lipstick I ordered immediately fell out of the tube broke when opened. Really disappointed.

Returns are not free so avoid buying Profusion products if you are not sure if you are going to keep the products !

Returns Information

We hope you'll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resealable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • Medicines • Items personalized for you • Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damage and your request for a replacement or refund and we will be happy to open a claim for you. Please note you have 28 days from receipt to request a replacement/refund for damaged items.
