Returns service failure - they don’t make it easy (in hope you give up and they get to keep you money?) - if I’m proved wrong I’ll write a positive review but atm I’m upset and sad they’re using that old trick to make returning items too difficult!! I can not afford to lose this money and will MOT be ordering from Superdrug marketplace again!
Most of the items I ordered were later cancelled

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or
the Superdrug Warehouse.
Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt.
Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly
with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
