The Nect Stretcher has tough massage nodes to help reach deep muscle tension, targeting both central and side neck muscles. It has a shape design to offer both advanced and beginner neck stretches, and a hollow core to ensure the stretcher is not too firm whilst still offering optimal support.

Product Uses
Setting Heat & Time
Connect the power bank to the Neck Stretcher. First use the controller to set the desired temperate, secondly choose the time.
To begin, we would advise using the 35-40°C for around 10-15 minutes. Only increase once you are sure you will be comfortable with an increase.
Positioning The Neck Stretcher
Get yourself in a sitting position with Neck Stretcher positioned behind you so the curved side points towards your back. Gently lower yourself down using your arms to get into position.
Once stable and comfortable, lower your neck over the stretcher slowly and relax into the support to feel the full benefit of the stretch.
Notice how the stretcher is affecting your posture and adjust yourself so you are comfortable. You should feel the stretch relieving tension and the muscles relaxing.

Adjusting To Target Tension Areas
Reposition your neck slightly on the stretcher every 5 minutes to further stretch and prevent localised fatigue.
If you feel you will benefit from a more advanced stretch then you can move your head further up so the neck curves more over the stretcher with your head closer to touching the floor. Please start slowly and build up to more advanced stretches.
Suggested Usage:
- Find a quiet place with a flat surface, where you can lie back and relax undisturbed.
- Take slow deep breaths to help you relax.
- We recommend using the neck stretcher once a day for 10-15 minutes.
