Product Uses
Simply unroll the mat and lie back on the area of the body causing discomfort or in need of soothing.
We recommend using in the morning and again in the evening to reduce stress and tension that has built up throughout the day. It is particularly effective when used consistently as part of a daily relaxation routine.
In the first few days of using the Acupressure Mat, we suggest wearing a thin T-shirt. After that, many find the mat to be most effective when in direct contact with skin. Maximum of 15-30 minutes at one time.
Suggested Usage:
- Fully laid out on the floor (can be combined with mindfulness/meditation if you wish)
- On the sofa or in bed (perhaps while reading or watching television)
- Use on work breaks as a way to return to a calm state
