We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over £30 on our online store, with the following delivery terms: UK-based Orders: To qualify for free delivery, your order must have a subtotal of £30 or more. For orders below £30, we charge £3.49 for standard delivery within UK Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
