Product Uses
For a perfectly set, flawless under eye area, use a brush or powder puff with your chosen shade of Perfect Powder and gently tap it under the eye area.
More than one shade of powder can be used to set the base routine and another to set the under-eye area. For a brighter under eye, use a lighter shade.
