Go for an angled brush. Dab it into your eyeshadow - you can even wet the brush to make the black more vibrant. Following your eye crease, draw a black line cutting the crease gently.
Step 4: Go for a gentle cat eye
Using a liquid eyeliner, draw a thin cat eye line along your top lashline.
Step 5: Go for big faux eyelashes
The 60s were all about massive lashes and extra strong eye makeup, so make sure your falsies are extra bold. If you see any gaps in your cat eye line, simply fill in with your liquid eyeliner.
